6) What if I am not happy with your work and I want to discontinue the services?

• The procedure is simple! Let us know what you are unhappy about? Then, let us attempt to resolve your concerns.
  
• If, after attempting to resolve the issue in question, you are still not satisfied with the outcome, WE will refund your current month's hosting fee and any appropriate fees paid to us for the month. See Our Concept. Then, WE will make the necessary arrangements to transfer your domain to your desired provider.
  
• Our desire is to have a win/win outcome, even if WE have to refer another provider to gain your trust!
  
• If all else fail, send us an e-mail and/or Fax and WE will arrange a discontinue of services within 30 to 45 days from the date of the notice.
